We are arranging a cruise on the Getaway and have two cabins side by side on the 14th deck. Do the walls on the balconies open to adjoin two decks.?

Asked by: csbeacham
We just took a cruise to Bermuda on the Pearl in July and called for adjoining rooms months ago. Some room have inside doors that connect the rooms. We asked if the balcony could be opened but unfortunately, they couldn't be due to safety and the winds but doesn't hurt to ask. I think when you look at the deck details, it shows arrows that illustrate connecting rooms.

Is there a gym on board? I'm looking for some weight training equipment

Asked by: Ringmastr1
Absolutely. Both free weights and machines. As well as ellipticals, treadmills, and bikes. Practically anything you find in a standard gym is there.

In the Free At Sea Drink Package, does this include Coke Products?

We have the Free At Sea Drink Package and my husband doesn't drink, are the Coke Products included with the Free at Sea?
Asked by: blazersox
Yes, Coke products are included so we recommend getting the Free at Sea Drink Package. Remember, all persons in your room have to get the Drink Package. You only need to pay for the Drink Package Tips which means it's worth it, even only for soda. Try not to do the math, just get it because it's very convenient.

How and when do you book a spot at the Skyy® Vodka Ice Bar?

Asked by: Amaleeann
On our last cruise we went to the ice bar. We were so disappointed. You stand in a small room made of ice and drink two drinks. Somehow I expected table and chairs and an option to stay a while.

1st time taking a European crusie on Gateaway. Does any one know if the water is calm like going to the Carribean?

Asked by: DonnaCB
Has been calm most cruises in the fall, except for one November storm with 80mph winds hitting the Epic broadside. We had to change course and skip Malta, but they added Athens instead. Also depends on the ship's age, since newer ships have better stabilizers.

are there hair dryers in rooms and shampo for showers ?

are bathrobes in room ?
Asked by: thpick
From all the ships we've been on, yes, the hair dryers are usually in a drawer, but you can't unplug them to move them, they are plugged in behind the drawer. There is shampoo and conditioner in the shower and liquid soap at the sink. We had a balcony which had bathrobes, but I don't know about the other rooms. Happy Washy, Washy!
