Get a look—and some dramatic pictures—at the famous Shipwreck Beach where you can still see the wreckage of a cargo ship that crashed into the island in the 1960s. -

Zakynthos is the site of Greece’s first marine park. A rare species of sea turtle lays its eggs here so you might spot some. Be careful not to disturb them or their eggs as they are an endangered species. -
