OVERVIEW
Tour priced per trike – max 2 guests per trike.
Ride a three-wheeled trike through the island’s interior and on to the northern coast, while stopping at some of Lanzarote’s most characteristic villages and attractions along the way. Each open-air trike has handlebars like a motorcycle’s and features comfortable saddle-style seating for two. You can either take the wheel or just ride along as you travel through traditional villages such as Tinajo, which lies in the shadow of the volcano Timanfaya, and the wine-growing region La Geria. The ever-changing landscape will be absolutely beautiful, especially at places such as Los Hervideros, a stretch of jagged volcanically formed rocky cliffs along the coast. You will also stop at the Monument to the Peasant, an avant-garde outdoor sculpture that pays homage to the farmers that eke out a living from Lanzarote’s arid landscape. The sculpture is made from discarded water tanks. You may also drive past the oldest salt pans in the Canary Islands.
