As you walk about a mile or so around the Village Green in the heart of the city, you will sample imaginative and classic Maine dishes at four different venues. You can also expect to learn about Maine’s thriving lobster industry during this epicurean experience. You might hear how lobsters are caught and how their numbers are sustained to ensure that the industry continues to flourish.

Note: This tour includes 2 hours of easy to moderate walking/standing and covers approximately 1 mile. It is not recommended to wheelchair guests or those with walking difficulties. As this tour operates in light rain or shine, layered clothing (weather can be unpredictable), an umbrella, sun cap, sunglasses, and comfortable walking shoes are recommended Due to the outdoor nature of this tour, it will be canceled in severe weather conditions and all guests will enjoy their samples, in an outside picnic type atmosphere. It is not possible to accommodate any special dietary restrictions on this tour. Cancellations made within 3 days or less are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.
