OVERVIEW

This tour is intended for guests who have limited mobility, rely on a cane or walker, or for guests’ companions.

Enjoy a leisurely drive along Cannes’ waterfront boulevard La Croisette and relax on one of the most serene beaches along the French Riviera. The palm-fringed and luxury hotel-lined boulevard couldn’t be more glamourous, especially at places such as the Palais de Festivals, where the famed Cannes Film Festival is held every year. You will pass its iconic red carpet and countless designer boutiques while traveling along the emblematic La Croisette, which is considered the heart of Cannes. To experience the city’s legendary joie de vivre like a local, you will pause for a café au lait at a lovely spot overlooking the sea. Another stop will be made at an accessible stretch of sand farther down the coast, allowing you to become truly immersed in Cannes’ carefree and elegant lifestyle. The islands that you will see lying directly off shore are the idyllic Lérins, the nearest and largest being Sainte-Marguerite.

Note: This tour has a limited capacity; therefore, it is recommended that guest’s pre-book this tour as early as possible. This tour is designed to use the most wheelchair accessible routes possible. This includes step-free routes, shorter distances and no stairs. Accessible restrooms with wide doors for wheelchairs are present along the tour route. The vehicle used on this excursion is adapted with an access ramp (or lift where available) to accommodate a limited number of wheelchairs and/or mobility scooters. Guides are not allowed to push wheelchairs. Guests needing special assistance must be accompanied by an able-bodied companion. Lunch/snack costs are not included. The number of accessible vehicles is extremely limited. Guests are encouraged to make their accessible shore excursion reservations as far in advance as possible. Guests wishing to utilize a wheelchair (manual or electric) on this excursion must provide the total dimensions (height, length and width) and weight of the electric scooter or wheelchair at the time of booking.
