Your tour commences with a scenic drive from Genoa towards Sestri Levante. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of the Tigullio gulf and the towns of Portofino, Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure.

After approximately one-hour, you will arrive in the picturesque town of Sestri Levante. Built on the alluvial plain between the outlet of the torrente Gromolo and the isthmus that links the land to the rocky headland called the isle, Sestri Levante is often referred to as the town of two seas. This is because the town has two different bays, the Fables bay on the west side and the Silence bay on the east. While one bay is lively and crowded, the other is intimate, romantic and characterized by the ancient rhythms of the local fishermen. Your visit begins with a short guided walk of the town and then you will have free time to stroll about at your leisure before re-joining your coach for the trip to Rapallo.

Rapallo is a charming seaside town that has beautifully painted buildings, colorful pedestrian shopping streets, historic Rapallo castle, a municipal Clock Tower that dates from 1473, some notable museums and several centuries old churches. All of these are further complimented by a picturesque seaside promenade. At the conclusion of your time in Rapallo, you will re-board your coach and travel back to the pier in Genoa.
