You will have the chance to sample a selection of organically grown olives that demonstrates their distinctive tastes. They may include varieties such as Kalamata, Koroneiki and Olympia, all of which thrive in the farm’s microclimate and have a connection to ancient Olympia. Although the lunch menu often changes, it typically includes chickpeas with eggplant, oven-baked lamb, citrus-flavored chicken, vegan dishes and baklava for dessert.
