OVERVIEW
Marvel at Greenland’s pristine natural beauty while cruising the Nuuk Fjord and stop at a particularly scenic spot. As you cruise into the majestic fjord, which is part of the world’s second-largest fjord system, the sights will be breathtaking. You can expect to pass thundering waterfalls, and sheer-faced mountains that plunge into the sea. The large solitary mountain looming just north of Nuuk is Sermitsiaq, which covers most of the island of the same name. The fjord stretches inland for nearly a hundred miles, and wildlife is abundant. On a lucky day be in the lookout for white-tailed eagles, seals, and humpback whales. In time, you will disembark or at some point or your boat will anchor at a picturesque spot for a traditional snack and Greenlandic music artist performance.

Need to Know:
Note: Comfortable shoes, warm clothing and sun protection are recommended. Not recommended for those with mobility issues and Guest must be able to get on and off the boat without assistance, climb over uneven surfaces such as rocks and others when exiting the boat as there will be no handrails available. Operation of this program is contingent upon favorable weather and sea conditions. Although the percentage of marine life/wildlife sightings is high, it cannot be guaranteed. The program can be conducted either with a larger, slower or with several smaller, fast boats of different capacities. The snack and entertainment can be organized either ashore or on board, depending on the capacity of the boat, tides and weather conditions. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions at least 48h otherwise your request can’t be guaranteed. Please note there is no comments in the boat as this is mostly scenery, as well the captain is not the tour guide. We highly suggest bringing insect repellent during the tour.
