This full day tour covers some of Penang's most notable attractions beginning with a scenic drive to Kek Lok Si Temple, the largest temple in Southeast Asia. Built in tiers and on a hilly slope for amazing views, this sprawling temple complex is dominated by the magnificent seven-story Pagoda of Ten Thousand Buddhas and the enormous bronze statue of the Goddess Kuan Yin. Stop at the Baba Nyonya Museum also known as the Chung Keng Kooi Mansion, formerly a private home belonging to a Chinese Kapitan who was the head of the Hai San secret society.

Enjoy a buffet lunch of international favorites at one of the area's leading restaurants.

You’ll visit a butterfly farm with landscaped gardens, inviting ponds and waterfalls that are home to over 100 species of whimsical butterflies that roam freely within a natural habitat. A brief stop is made at one of the area's fruit stalls giving you a first-hand look at the vast variety of local fruits and spices grown on the island.

See the other facade of Penang, the tranquil Malay Villages, called Kampung. Head south, along the coastal road to view the fifth largest bridge in the world, the Penang Bridge.
