A 30 to 40 minute drive brings you to the launch site for a safety briefing and to receive your life vest, inner tube and paddle before entering the river. You'll begin your journey, gently spinning and swirling in the current and encounter a few mild rapids along the way. Stop briefly to enjoy a popular Dominican pastime - river bathing, where you swim in the crystal waters for a few minutes before continuing down the scenic river until your exit point.
Your professional guides will ensure your comfort and safety. Back on land again, at the Hillsborough Reception Center, refreshments are served, including the famous rum punch and fresh fruit before returning to your ship.

Note: Participants must be at least 8 years of age and weigh no more than 250 lbs. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as rainfall and river conditions, the tour operator reserves the right to alter or cancel the tour for your safety.
