As you pedal through garden-like Kadriorg Park, which Peter the Great established in 1718, you will see the palace he named for his wife, Catharine. For a glimpse into more recent Estonian culture, you will bike through the Song Festival Grounds, the site of the Singing Revolution, a 1988 musical demonstration against Soviet rule.
