Right on the heels of its Norwegian Bliss New York announcement, Norwegian Cruise Line has just unveiled cruise itineraries for fall and winter 2019/2020. This new release comes with news of Norwegian Bliss sailing the Bahamas, Southern, and Western Caribbean, Norwegian Getaway cruising from New Orleans, and Norwegian Epic homeporting from the island of Puerto Rico for a full cruise season. Norwegian Escape will also return to the city of her christening, Miami. There’s lots of excitement to look forward to – and many vacations to be planned! These new itineraries open for sale tomorrow, January 17th for returning guests and Thursday, January 18th for the general public.

Norwegian Bliss is coming to New York! Norwegian Cruise Line President and CEO Andy Stuart announced to Bliss Godfather Elvis Duran on his Morning Show that Norwegian Bliss will sail in New York beginning November 2019. She will be the largest ship sailing from New York, boasting over 167,000 gross tonnages and capacity for over 4,000 guests.
Norwegian Cruise Line has just revealed its exciting lineup of summer 2019 itineraries, featuring some of the world’s hottest destinations. Explore the globe with five ships sailing in Europe, three cruising to Alaska, two calling on Bermuda, and itineraries that include the Bahamas & Florida, the Caribbean, Canada & New England, and the Hawaiian islands. The news is out! Norwegian Cruise Line has named nationally-syndicated radio and digital personality Elvis Duran as the Godfather to Norwegian Bliss. The newest ship in the fleet, Norwegian’s sixteenth ship will sail weekly seven-day Alaska cruises during her inaugural summer season and, beginning in November 2018, will trade in Alaska’s breathtaking scenery for stunning Caribbean sunsets as she sails seven-day Eastern Caribbean cruises each Saturday from Port Miami. But before the ship can set sail for any of these exciting itineraries, Elvis Duran will perform traditional duties as Godfather and help christen the ship at Pier 66 in Seattle on May 30, 2018.
Norwegian Escape's Godfather and international music star, Pitbull, made a special appearance at PHD Rooftop Lounge at Dream Downtown in New York yesterday afternoon. The Grammy-Award-winning superstar and Norwegian Cruise Line President and Chief Executive Officer Andy Stuart celebrated Norwegian Escape coming to homeport in the Big Apple in spring 2018 with many guests and fans.
Over the past months, employees in Harvest Caye, Belize have joined the local community in cleaning up beaches affected by plastics washing up ashore from neighboring countries. Sixteen employees from Harvest Caye volunteered, traveling by boat to the cleanup site, where they joined volunteers from various organizations to collectively gather and sort 15 large bags of trash and 16 large bags of recycling.

This morning, I was humbled to have had the honor of welcoming almost one thousand very special guests (along with a few furry family members) to Miami, as Norwegian Sky arrived today from a very important rescue mission in St. Thomas, bringing both stranded visitors and displaced residents who had their homes and livelihoods destroyed by this terrible storm.
Norwegian Cruise Line announced its sixteenth ship in the fleet earlier this week. Norwegian Bliss will begin sailing Alaska and the Caribbean, with select voyages to the Mexican Riviera, in June 2018. With a two-level electric-car race track, an Aqua Park with two multi-story water slides, and an open-air laser tag course, this is not your average cruise ship.
